We built and sold YouTube channels. Now we help you on both sides of the deal.
Creator Deal Guide was created by An Krumberger and Maja Usico, creators and operators who built content brands, ran channels as businesses, and completed two six-figure exits. We turned what we learned into practical tools for both sides of a channel sale: sellers preparing to exit, and buyers checking a deal before they pay.
An and Maja
Founders, Creator Deal Guide
Creators and operators behind content brands with a global audience. We built and ran channels as businesses, then sold two evergreen YouTube channels in six-figure deals. Creator Deal Guide is based on the process, documents, and lessons behind those exits, not theory.
Real creators
Years building content brands and audiences.
Real businesses
Channels operated with revenue, teams, systems, and repeatable workflows.
Real exits
Two evergreen YouTube channels sold in six-figure transactions.
Why we built this
Many creators do not realize that the business behind their channel may be sellable. They think in views and subscribers, while buyers also look at profit, risk, systems, ownership, and transferability.
A channel is easier to value and sell when its numbers are clear, its operations are documented, and a buyer can understand what will continue after the owner leaves.
Buyers face the mirror image. They risk overpaying for hype, or buying a channel that quietly falls apart after the money clears. The same things that make a channel easy to sell, clear numbers, clean rights, and low owner-dependence, are exactly what a buyer needs to verify.
Both sides are rarely explained clearly, especially in language creators and first-time buyers can actually use. So we help both sides of the same table.
Why we turned it into a system
We did not want to return to running channels full-time, and one-on-one preparation can be expensive.
So we turned the process into guided tools people can use at their own pace, on either side of a deal, without giving up control or paying for full-service support from the start.
Who we are
An has spent years building content brands and global audiences. He led strategy, growth, monetization, and the operating systems behind evergreen YouTube channels that were later sold. He appears throughout the lessons and explains how buyers evaluate a creator business.
Maja focuses on the numbers, workflows, documentation, and buyer-facing materials that make a creator business easier to understand and take over. She leads the practical templates, SOPs, and checklists that make a channel easy to evaluate, whether you are preparing to sell or checking one to buy.
Our track record
This is not our first content business. We have spent more than a decade building media brands, growing global audiences, and publishing our own digital products. Most importantly, we built and sold two evergreen YouTube channels in separate six-figure transactions. Creator Deal Guide is built from the work behind those sales: organizing financials, reducing owner dependence, documenting processes, answering buyer questions, evaluating offers, and planning a clean handover.
We are public about who we are and the businesses we built. An appears throughout the lessons, and both founders link to their professional profiles. The tools here are built from the steps, documents, decisions, and lessons behind our own channel sales.
One honest note: we share what worked for us. That is firsthand experience, not professional advice or a promise that another channel will achieve the same result. See our full disclaimer.
What we believe
- Clarity before commitment. Understand where your channel stands before spending money or approaching buyers.
- No false promises. We will not guarantee a sale, valuation, or specific result. We show you what buyers evaluate and how to prepare.
- Trust over pressure. We explain the options clearly and let you decide which next step fits your situation.
